Ordering and Payment Terms

Custom Orders: For exclusive artificial flower arrangements or interior decor consultation, you can place your orders via WhatsApp or through our Website Form. We will confirm the design brief before starting production. Ready-to-Buy: Items from our 'Ready-to-Buy' collection are available for direct purchase through our website or social media catalog. Order Confirmation: Orders will only be deemed 'Confirmed' once the necessary deposit or full payment has been received and verified using our accepted payment methods.

Standard Orders: Full payment is required at the time of purchase for all ready-made artificial flower arrangements. Custom Projects & Consultations: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your slot and initiate the procurement of raw materials for custom orders. The remaining 50% balance must be settled prior to delivery or upon item collection. Payment Methods: We accept Instant Bank Transfer (DuitNow) and Cash. Please provide your transaction receipt for verification purposes.

Production Time: As each piece is handcrafted, please allow [3-7] working days for custom orders of our beautiful artificial flower arrangements. Delivery Charges: Delivery fees are calculated based on location, and we offer specialized handling to ensure your arrangement arrives in perfect, vibrant condition. Payment methods are flexible to cater to your needs. Self-Collection: Clients are welcome to self-collect at Central Residence, Sungai Besi or Teratak Bonda 13, Kampung Pauh, Behrang Station, Perak.

Custom Orders: Given the personalized nature of our work on custom orders, please note that these cannot be cancelled or refunded once production has commenced. Artificial Flower Arrangements: We take pride in our 'Artificial Elegance,' ensuring that all items are thoroughly inspected for quality before dispatch. Clients are advised to check the condition of their artificial flower arrangements upon receiving the order. If you discover any damage, please notify us within 24 hours with photo evidence so we can arrange for a replacement or repair. We accept various payment methods to facilitate your purchase.
